This month, White Stuff, the British fashion and lifestyle brand, impressed us with a smart yet simple Wheel of Fortune campaign. The idea? To thank customers for their purchase, while also subtly encouraging them to shop again.
Game type: Wheel of FortuneGame description: By spinning the wheel, participants had the chance to win back the amount they spent on their recent purchase.Prize: A refund of their purchase (up to £500)
And for those who didn’t win, White Stuff kept them engaged with a smart follow-up incentive, offering a second chance to spin the wheel if they shopped again before the deadline.
