In this part-time role, you’ll support our global marketing team with the creation of engaging design assets across every stage of the buyer journey – from brand awareness and lead gen to events, sales enablement, and customer marketing. You’ll work closely with the marketing team in Aarhus and report directly to the CMO in London, contributing to a wide range of projects and campaigns.
This role is ideal for a design student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative B2B SaaS environment. We’re a close-knit, ambitious team, and we value ideas, curiosity, and initiative.
Proactively manage the team design schedule, ensuring visibility across the wider marketing team and clear communication of timelines and progress. Collaborate with external creative freelancers where needed to support larger projects.
Design & visual content creation
Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets; not limited to digital ads, ebooks, lookbooks, presentation slide decks, customer case studies, social media graphics, digital ads, and more.
Create visuals for website pages, social media landing pages, blog articles, and newsletters.
Help bring our brand to life at events with engaging graphics for booths, banners, posters, and branded merch.
Create and maintain frequently used design templates in Canva for use across the wider team.
Collaborate with the content and campaign team to translate messaging into compelling visual formats.
Assist with video editing and creation where required (e.g. promo clips, content teasers, event reels).
Brand & marketing operations
Act as a brand guardian across assets – ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with our visual identity.
Continue to evolve our visual identity and creative concepts for practical use across assets.
Support internal teams with layout and formatting of presentations and other collateral.
with designing and building simple marketing games on our platform for use at events.
Currently studying graphic design or a related creative field at bachelor’s or master’s level.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma or similar.
Comfortable using Canva or similar graphics platforms, for setting up brand-aligned templates and Google slides for branded slides.
Strong visual and aesthetic judgement with attention to detail and consistency.
A curious and creative mindset – able to take briefs and turn them into polished, professional output.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across a distributed team.
Well organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively.
Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or digital animation is a bonus, but not required.
Available 2.5–3 days per week, ideally with at least one full day in the office and the rest in half-day blocks.
This is an in-person role based at our Aarhus HQ, with flexibility for occasional remote work as needed.

About the Role
Data at Playable is a part of the Operations team, but they work together with the whole organization providing insights, automations, and general support around our customers as well as explain the reasoning behind the data. Each team member is hands-on, working full-stack to provide an in-depth look at our data, and we expect you to develop into a similar role – this means that some of your daily tasks will be within:
Expanding and updating our ELT pipeline
Creating dashboards
Ad-hoc requests from our internal stakeholders

This position is ideal for a service-minded individual with a passion for helping others succeed, an interest in digital marketing, and a desire to grow their career in tech. You will report to the Customer Support Lead and be part of a successful team who is already working with some of the biggest brands in the world.
As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will guide and advise our B2B customers, primarily marketing professionals from leading brands, via our chat support, helping them reach their goals using the Playable platform. You’ll leverage your analytical mindset to understand customer pain points and use your communication skills to deliver clear, timely solutions. Whether you’re resolving issues independently or collaborating with an expert, your focus will be on supporting the customer every step of the way.
Besides being our first-line support, you will also play a vital part in creating and updating content for our Help Center, meaning that you should be able to convert technical knowledge into easily understandable content. You will also encounter various ad hoc assignments to help strengthen your creativity and adaptiveness. As a student, you’re not just here to assist, you’re here to contribute. Expect real responsibility, support to develop your skills, and a network of peers and mentors to learn from.
This is a part-time student position (preferably 15-20 hours per week) based out of our office in Aarhus, Denmark.
